Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase confirmation. Course access is provided via a link to your enrolled account. Toolkits, templates, and books are available as downloadable files from your order confirmation email.

If you experience any issue accessing a product after purchase, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all charges incurred by your account at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if a product is materially different from what was described on its product page, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Details are on our Policies page.

This guarantee covers misrepresentation only. It does not apply to change-of-mind purchases or dissatisfaction with content that was accurately described.
